Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, payments, and account issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Meet and exceed defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and service procedures.

  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or equivalent; graduates preferred.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environments is an advantage.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Evening shift with rotational weekly offs.
