Job Summary

Decathlon India is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Omni Sport Leader (Retail) to deliver an exceptional in-store and omnichannel experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across in-store and digital touchpoints.

• Assist customers in selecting sports products that meet their needs.

• Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays.

• Support omnichannel services including click-and-collect and online order fulfillment.

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.

• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory replenishment.

• Promote Decathlon’s sports culture through product knowledge and personal enthusiasm.

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
