Job Summary

ArtPark (I-Hub) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Part-Time Data Quality Check Executive to support our data operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and improving the accuracy and integrity of datasets used in AI-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality checks on datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify, flag, and correct data discrepancies, anomalies, and formatting issues.

• Follow established data validation protocols and quality benchmarks.

• Document quality issues and maintain clear audit trails of corrections made.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and project teams to resolve data-related concerns.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for data quality processes.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards at all times.

• Generate periodic quality reports and highlight trends or recurring issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Basic understanding of data validation and data cleaning concepts.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines independently.

• Comfortable working with large datasets.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data quality, data annotation, or related roles preferred.

• Freshers with strong analytical skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

• Exposure to AI/ML data workflows or research environments is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Part-time position (approximately 15–25 hours per week).
