Job Summary

GALTech School of Technology is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Evening & Night Shift Remote Admissions Partner to support prospective students through the enrollment journey. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and are passionate about education, relationship building, and consultative sales. The successful candidate will engage with leads, provide program guidance, and help qualified applicants successfully enroll in our technology programs during evening and night operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and follow up with prospective students via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.

  • Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, schedules, and career outcomes.

  • Guide applicants through the full admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.

  • Maintain detailed and timely records in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

  • Conduct virtual information sessions and one-on-one counseling calls.

  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth applicant experience.

  • Handle objections professionally and provide consultative solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and ethical admissions practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong persuasive and consultative sales abilities.

  • High level of professionalism and customer empathy.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office tools (Google Workspace or MS Office).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, tele-sales, or customer success.

  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education admissions is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Evening and night shift coverage required.

  • Typical window: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (or aligned with US/Global time zones).

  • Weekend availability may be required based on enrollment cycles.

  • Fully remote position.
