Job Summary

Ibaco is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Weekend Retail Service Team Members. This role is ideal for energetic candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and are passionate about delivering delightful in-store experiences. The successful candidate will support weekend store operations, assist customers with product selections, and maintain the brand’s premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional in-store service.

• Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors, desserts, and add-ons.

• Accurately process billing and handle cash/card transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store, display counters, and seating areas.

• Ensure product availability by supporting stock replenishment.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand service protocols.

• Support team members during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth operations.

• Address basic customer queries and escalate concerns when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills in English and local language.

• Customer-service mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.

• Basic numerical ability for billing and cash handling.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Professional grooming and presentation.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

• Experience handling POS systems or billing counters will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Primarily weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).

• Flexible shift timings, including evenings and holidays.

• Part-time structure with potential for additional weekday shifts based on business needs.
