Job Summary

TransGlobe Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Logistics & Supply Chain Management Faculty member to deliver high-quality academic and practical training to students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging course content, facilitating interactive learning sessions, and preparing students for real-world industry challenges. This role requires strong subject expertise, teaching excellence, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver classroom and/or online lectures in logistics and supply chain management.

  • Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials aligned with industry standards.

  • Provide practical insights through case studies, simulations, and real-world examples.

  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.

  • Mentor and guide students on academic projects, internships, and career pathways.

  • Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports.

  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance program quality.

  • Stay updated with current trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong command of supply chain concepts including procurement, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching, training, or industry experience in logistics and supply chain management.

  • Prior experience in academic institutions, training centers, or corporate training environments is preferred.

  • Industry exposure in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain analytics will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available.

  • Flexible scheduling based on academic timetable.

  • May include evening or weekend sessions depending on batch requirements.
