Job Summary
TransGlobe Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Logistics & Supply Chain Management Faculty member to deliver high-quality academic and practical training to students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging course content, facilitating interactive learning sessions, and preparing students for real-world industry challenges. Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and/or online lectures in logistics and supply chain management.

Design and update curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials aligned with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong command of supply chain concepts including procurement, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of teaching, training, or industry experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Prior experience in academic institutions, training centers, or corporate training environments is preferred.

Industry exposure in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain analytics will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
