Drugs India is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Packer & Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and product quality. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or digital picking systems.

• Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery to customers.

• Verify product quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before packing.

• Label and prepare shipments according to company and regulatory standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required.

• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic reading and numerical skills for order verification.

• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures carefully.

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic familiarity with warehouse tools or handheld scanners is an advantage.

Experience

• Prior warehouse, packing, logistics, or retail backroom experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG warehousing will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time schedule (typically 4–6 hours per shift).
