Job Summary
Le Plantis Garden Center is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator (Gardening) to strengthen our digital presence and engage our growing community of plant lovers. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content creation skills with genuine enthusiasm for gardening, plants, and sustainable living. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing compelling social media content that showcases our products, expertise, and brand personality while driving customer engagement and footfall.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.

Create high-quality photo, video, and short-form content focused on gardening tips, plant care, and product highlights.

Manage daily posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels.

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and storytelling content that reflects brand voice.

Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly to build community engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing and store teams to promote seasonal campaigns and new arrivals.

Track social media performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.

Stay updated on social media trends, gardening trends, and competitor activities.

Assist in planning and covering in-store events, workshops, and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong photography and videography skills (mobile or DSLR).

Proficiency in content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
