Job Summary

Chaosology is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Evening Shift Online English Conversation Coach to support learners in improving their spoken English fluency and confidence. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about language coaching, enjoy interactive teaching, and can engage learners from diverse cultural backgrounds. The successful candidate will conduct live online conversation sessions, provide constructive feedback, and help students achieve measurable communication progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one-on-one and small-group English conversation sessions online.

• Help learners improve pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar usage, and fluency.

• Provide personalized feedback and progress notes after each session.

• Prepare and adapt conversation materials based on learner levels and goals.

• Encourage a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

• Track attendance, performance metrics, and student development.

• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality.

• Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

• Ability to engage learners in interactive conversation.

• Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connectivity.

• Patient, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach to coaching.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in English teaching, tutoring, or conversation coaching.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and teaching aptitude are welcome to apply.

• Experience with ESL/EFL learners is an added advantage.

• Prior online teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Evening shift (typically aligned with international learner time zones).

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available.

• Flexible scheduling within the evening window.

• Weekend availability is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of conversational teaching methodologies.

• Ability to assess learner proficiency and adapt sessions accordingly.

• Basic familiarity with CEFR or similar language proficiency frameworks is desirable.
