Job Summary
Carbon Blue Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time MEP Mechanical Designer & Trainer to support our growing engineering and training initiatives. This dual-role position requires a professional who can both deliver high-quality mechanical (MEP) design solutions and effectively train students or junior engineers on industry best practices. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a passion for knowledge sharing, ensuring both project excellence and capability development within the team.
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP mechanical designs, drawings, and documentation in line with project requirements and relevant codes.

Prepare HVAC, piping, and mechanical system layouts using industry-standard software.

Review design calculations, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.

Conduct structured training sessions (online or offline) for students, interns, or junior engineers.

Create training materials, practical exercises, and technical presentations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to trainees during live projects.

Coordinate with architects, electrical teams, and project stakeholders for integrated design delivery.

Stay updated with the latest MEP technologies, standards, and software tools.

Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, piping, and mechanical services.

Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software.

Good presentation and communication skills for effective training delivery.

Solid understanding of international and local MEP codes and standards.

Ability to manage part-time responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines.
Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in MEP mechanical design.

Prior experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred.

Exposure to commercial, residential, or industrial MEP projects is advantageous.

Experience working in a consulting or design environment will be an added benefit.
Working Hours

Part-time, flexible schedule.

Expected commitment: approximately 15–25 hours per week.

Training sessions may be scheduled during evenings or weekends based on batch requirements.
