Job Summary

Visit Health Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Healthcare Digitization & Wellness Consultant to support the expansion of our digital health initiatives. The role involves guiding healthcare partners and corporate clients through digital transformation journeys while promoting preventive wellness programs. The ideal candidate will combine healthcare knowledge, technology awareness, and strong relationship-building skills to drive adoption of digital health solutions and improve patient and employee wellness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and onboard healthcare providers and corporate clients onto Visit Health’s digital health platform.

• Educate clients on digital healthcare solutions, wellness programs, and preventive care initiatives.

• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.

• Coordinate with internal product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation.

• Monitor client engagement and provide ongoing support to improve utilization of wellness services.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and performance metrics.

• Contribute to awareness campaigns, webinars, and health promotion activities.

• Stay updated on healthcare digitization trends, telehealth practices, and wellness innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital health, telemedicine, or corporate wellness concepts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital platforms/CRM tools.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare consulting, wellness programs, health-tech, insurance, or related domains.

• Freshers with strong healthcare knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• Prior experience in client onboarding, telehealth, or corporate wellness is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible or standard business hours depending on project requirements.

• May require occasional evening or weekend client interactions.

• Hybrid/remote flexibility based on business needs.
