Job Summary
KAMS Education is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Hospital Admin & Faculty Member to support both academic delivery and hospital administration functions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—managing administrative operations within the hospital training environment while delivering high-quality instruction to students in healthcare-related programs. This position is best suited for professionals who are passionate about healthcare education, possess strong organizational abilities, and can effectively bridge theory with practical hospital workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hospital administrative coordination related to training programs.

Maintain accurate records of students, patient cases (as applicable), and departmental documentation.

Deliver engaging classroom and/or practical sessions in assigned healthcare subjects.

Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.

Coordinate with hospital departments to facilitate clinical exposure for students.

Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.

Support admissions, scheduling, and reporting activities as required.

Participate in academic meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare education practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic hospital/academic management systems.

Ability to multitask between administrative and teaching responsibilities.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospital administration, healthcare training, or academic teaching.

Prior experience in a teaching or faculty role will be an added advantage.

Freshers with strong academic background and relevant internship exposure may also be considered.
Working Hours

Part-time role with flexible scheduling.

Expected commitment: approximately 3–5 hours per day or as per institutional timetable.

May require occasional weekend or clinical coordination hours based on program needs.
