Job Summary

Red Learning Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Evening PMP Certification & Strategy Trainer to deliver high-quality project management training to working professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing learners for PMP certification success while enhancing their practical strategic thinking and project execution skills. This role requires strong subject-matter expertise, engaging virtual or classroom delivery, and a passion for adult learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured PMP certification training aligned with PMI standards and current exam content outlines.

• Design and update training materials, case studies, mock tests, and strategy sessions.

• Conduct engaging evening classes (online or offline) tailored for working professionals.

• Track learner progress and provide individualized feedback and exam readiness guidance.

• Facilitate interactive discussions on real-world project management scenarios.

• Support learners with exam application guidance and best practices.

• Maintain high training quality standards and learner satisfaction scores.

• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• PMP® certification (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of PMBOK® Guide and Agile/Hybrid project management approaches.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to simplify complex project management concepts.

• Proficiency in virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms).

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and mentoring abilities.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience.

• At least 1–2 years of PMP training or corporate training experience preferred.

• Experience training working professionals or adult learners is highly desirable.

• Exposure to multiple industries (IT, construction, BFSI, etc.) is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening shift role (typically between 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

• Part-time or contractual engagement based on batch schedules.

• Flexible schedule aligned with training calendar.

• Deep understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to drive high learner engagement in virtual environments.
