Le Plantis Garden Center is seeking a creative and passionate Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence and engage our growing community of gardening enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, a love for plants and gardening, and the ability to create compelling content across multiple social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with strategy to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content related to gardening, plants, and garden products.

• Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos of plants, garden setups, and in-store activities.

• Write creative captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand voice.

• Manage and maintain social media calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts/Reels.

• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

• Track content performance and provide basic analytics reports with improvement suggestions.

• Collaborate with the marketing and store teams to promote seasonal campaigns, offers, and events.

• Stay updated on social media trends, gardening trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong interest in gardening, plants, or horticulture.

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

• Basic photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera.

• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation preferred.

• Freshers with strong portfolios and proven content creation skills may also apply.

• Experience in gardening, nursery, lifestyle, or retail brands is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time role.

• Approximately 15–25 hours per week.

• Flexible schedule with occasional weekend or event coverage as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.

• Basic knowledge of plant care and gardening concepts (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to multitask and manage content deadlines.
