Job Summary

PRAC Research is seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and ethical individuals to join our team as Part-Time Field Election Opinion Poll Surveyors. This role involves conducting structured face-to-face surveys with voters to gather accurate and unbiased public opinion data during election cycles and political studies.

As a Field Election Opinion Poll Surveyor, you will play a critical role in collecting grassroots-level insights that help shape research findings, strategic analysis, and public opinion reporting. The ideal candidate is confident in interacting with diverse populations, committed to data integrity, and capable of working independently in field environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured election opinion polls in assigned geographic areas.

• Approach respondents professionally and explain the purpose of the survey clearly.

• Ensure accurate recording of responses using digital devices or paper-based questionnaires.

• Follow sampling guidelines and research methodologies as instructed.

• Maintain neutrality and avoid influencing respondents’ answers.

• Meet assigned daily or weekly survey targets within deadlines.

• Report field observations and challenges to the Field Supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.

• Participate in training sessions and briefings conducted by PRAC Research.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Grade) or equivalent.

• Strong verbal communication skills in local language(s); knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Comfortable interacting with people from various social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.

• Basic understanding of smartphone or tablet usage for digital data collection.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• High level of integrity, neutrality, and professionalism.

Experience

• Prior experience in field surveys, market research, data collection, or election-related work is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in community engagement or grassroots outreach is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time and flexible schedule based on project requirements.

• Fieldwork may include mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on respondent availability.

• Typical engagement ranges between 4–6 hours per day during active survey periods.
