The successful candidate will work directly with clients to assess their financial goals, develop tailored strategies, and provide ongoing advisory support while maintaining the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning services including retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning.

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

• Develop personalized, fee-based financial plans and actionable recommendations.

• Monitor client portfolios and financial progress, making adjustments as needed.

• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on financial concepts, products, and long-term wealth strategies.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals when required.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using approved systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of fee-for-service financial advisory models.

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.

• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.

• High level of integrity and commitment to fiduciary standards.

• Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM tools.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.

• Demonstrated experience working in a client-facing advisory role.

• Prior remote advisory experience is an advantage.

• Experience managing high-net-worth or mass-affluent clients preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
