Job Summary

IT sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Salesforce Administrator – CRM Optimization to manage, enhance, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform supports business goals through efficient configuration, automation, data integrity, and user adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Salesforce expertise with business process insight to drive continuous CRM improvement in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, and permissions.

• Design, configure, and optimize workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

• Monitor data quality, perform regular audits, and implement data governance best practices.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.

• Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely user support and training.

• Document system configurations, processes, and changes for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Proficiency in Flow Builder, automation tools, and report/dashboard creation.

• Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles.

• Experience managing user access, security models, and role hierarchies.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role.

• Proven track record of Salesforce optimization and process improvement projects.

• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is preferred.

• Exposure to integrations (API tools, middleware, or third-party apps) is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible working schedule with expected overlap during core business hours.

• Availability for occasional meetings across time zones as required.
