Job Summary

IT sight Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Brand Manager to lead and elevate our consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail brand presence across digital channels. This fully remote role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong brand storytelling with data-driven performance marketing expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, optimizing digital campaigns, and driving measurable growth across e-commerce and retail ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital brand strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.

  • Manage end-to-end brand presence across e-commerce platforms, retail marketplaces, and social media channels.

  • Lead digital campaign planning, including paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.

  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to continuously optimize ROI and brand visibility.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure cohesive storytelling across all digital touchpoints.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging CPG/retail trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships when applicable.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of CPG and retail digital ecosystems.

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, brand management, and e-commerce growth.

  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing dashboards).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable brand strategies.

  • High level of creativity balanced with analytical thinking.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital brand management, preferably within CPG or retail sectors.

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel digital campaigns.

  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments is preferred.

  • Prior experience with global or omnichannel brands is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Flexible working schedule with overlap required during core business hours.

  • Occasional availability for virtual meetings across time zones may be required.
