Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join a fast-growing global remote startup. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with strong attention to UI/UX principles.

• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers in an agile environment.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and modern deployment pipelines.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.

• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Knowledge of database design, indexing, and performance optimization.

• Experience with authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using the MERN stack.

• Proven track record of delivering production-ready web applications.

• Prior experience working in a remote or startup environment is highly preferred.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

Working Hours
