Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Account Specialist to manage and optimize Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations and inventory performance for clients selling on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels, improving account performance, and ensuring seamless marketplace operations. This role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations, focusing on FBA workflows.

Monitor inventory levels, replenishment cycles, and stock health metrics.

Create and manage FBA shipments, including labeling, reconciliation, and tracking.

Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstock.

Optimize product listings for accuracy, compliance, and performance.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stranded inventory, and suppressed listings.

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Stay updated on Amazon policies, fee changes, and marketplace best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables preferred).

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA accounts.

Experience handling high-volume SKU catalogs is highly preferred.

Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital retail is an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time position.
