Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking E-commerce Warehouse Strategist to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across our remote logistics operations. This role is responsible for optimizing warehouse workflows, improving fulfillment accuracy, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance end-to-end e-commerce performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable warehouse and fulfillment strategies for e-commerce operations.

• Analyze order flow, inventory turnover, and fulfillment metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and customer experience.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for remote warehouse operations and third-party logistics partners.

• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick/pack speed, and shipping timelines.

• Recommend and support implementation of warehouse automation and digital tools.

• Optimize inventory placement and demand forecasting to reduce carrying costs and stockouts.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma principles.

• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment workflows.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and remote collaboration abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, warehouse strategy, or supply chain optimization.

• Proven track record of improving fulfillment efficiency and operational KPIs.

• Experience working with remote teams or distributed warehouse networks preferred.

• Exposure to automation, AI-driven logistics, or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible scheduling with expected overlap during core business hours.

• Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required during peak seasons.
