Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable FinTech Compliance Officer to support our growing financial technology operations. This remote role, registered in St Albans, is responsible for ensuring the organization’s products, processes, and partnerships comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep familiarity with financial regulations, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret relevant financial regulations, including AML, KYC, GDPR, and other applicable compliance frameworks.

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Partner with product, legal, and operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in new and existing offerings.

• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and reporting obligations.

• Review customer onboarding processes and transaction monitoring systems for compliance effectiveness.

• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees and stakeholders.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance records.

• Escalate potential compliance breaches and assist in remediation planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong understanding of FinTech regulatory environments and financial compliance frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.

• Proficiency with compliance monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within financial services or FinTech.

• Demonstrated experience with AML/KYC programs and regulatory reporting.

• Prior experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews preferred.

• Experience in a fast-growing technology or digital payments environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Core collaboration hours aligned with UK business time (St Albans registration).

• Occasional flexibility required to support cross-regional teams.
