Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented AI Ethics Analyst to join our Remote Policy Research Hub. In this role, you will evaluate the ethical implications of artificial intelligence systems, contribute to responsible AI frameworks, and support policy development that ensures fairness, transparency, and compliance across our AI-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, legal, product, and compliance to embed ethical best practices into the AI lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI and machine learning systems.

Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines.

Monitor regulatory developments related to AI ethics, privacy, and algorithmic accountability.

Partner with product and engineering teams to implement responsible AI practices.

Perform bias, fairness, and transparency evaluations on models and datasets.

Prepare research reports, policy briefs, and executive summaries.

Support internal audits and external compliance requirements.

Facilitate ethics review boards and stakeholder workshops.

Recommend mitigation strategies for identified ethical risks.

Promote organizational awareness of ethical AI principles and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, Law, Data Science, or related field.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their societal impact.

Knowledge of global AI regulations and responsible AI frameworks.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in AI ethics, technology policy, responsible AI, or related fields.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams preferred.

Prior exposure to risk assessment, compliance, or governance programs is advantageous.

Experience in tech, consulting, research institutions, or public policy environments is a plus.
