Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Support Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in supported languages.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed defined customer satisfaction and response time targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.

  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English plus at least one additional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Spanish, French, etc.).

  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email and chat tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary/Any Graduate.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles will be an advantage.

  • Experience in handling international customers is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Part-time role (4–6 hours per day).

  • Flexible shifts available, including evening and weekend coverage if required.
