Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic customer support team as Call Center Support Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong communication skills. The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Flexible morning and evening shifts are available to suit different schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Follow call center scripts and quality guidelines consistently

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

  • Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and attendance)

  • Provide product and service information clearly to customers

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any graduate

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Customer-centric attitude with a positive mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work in morning or evening shifts

Experience

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Training will be provided for selected candidates

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options available: Morning or Evening

  • 5–6 working days per week (as per business requirements)

  • Rotational week-offs may apply
