Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our remote HR operations. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, managing the full employee lifecycle, and fostering a high-performance remote culture. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with a modern, data-driven approach to talent management, ensuring alignment between business objectives and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.

  • Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across remote teams.

  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Maintain and improve HR systems, documentation, and reporting.

  • Partner with leadership to drive culture, diversity, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Lead HR analytics efforts to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and remote workforce management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.

  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • At least 2 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.

  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams is highly preferred.

  • Background in recruitment strategy and employee engagement programs is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Flexible scheduling with expected overlap during core business hours.

  • Occasional extended hours may be required during peak hiring or project cycles.
