Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Administrator to support our night shift operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams with timely data management and coordination. This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment during night hours.
Key Responsibilities

Perform data entry, data verification, and document management with high accuracy.

Maintain and update internal databases, reports, and records.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of back-office tasks.

Review and validate information to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Handle email correspondence and routine administrative queries.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client information.

Support process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in night shift schedules.

Basic understanding of back-office or administrative processes is preferred.
Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

0–3 years of experience in back office, data entry, or administrative roles will be an advantage.

Candidates with BPO/KPO or operations support experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours

Night Shift (typically between 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, subject to process requirements).

5 or 6 working days per week as per company policy.

Rotational week-offs may apply.
