Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable FinTech Compliance Officer to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant financial regulations, legal standards, and internal policies associated with financial technology services.

As a FinTech Compliance Officer, you will monitor regulatory developments, implement compliance programs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company operates ethically and within regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance policies and procedures aligned with fintech regulations.

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations and services.

• Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.

• Work closely with legal, finance, and product teams to ensure compliance is embedded in all processes.

• Review financial transactions and operational processes for potential compliance risks.

• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for senior management and regulatory bodies.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on regulatory compliance requirements and best practices.

• Investigate compliance breaches and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Maintain records and documentation required for regulatory inspections and audits.

• Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.

• Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), CAMS, or similar is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of fintech regulations, financial compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical procedures.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in compliance monitoring tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.

• Proven experience managing compliance programs and regulatory reporting.

• Experience working in remote or international teams is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AML, KYC, GDPR, and other financial regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Remote position with flexible working arrangements.

• Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

• Occasional availability may be required for regulatory reviews or audits.
