Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking AI Ethics Analyst to join our Remote Policy Research Hub. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating the ethical implications of artificial intelligence technologies and supporting the development of responsible AI frameworks across our digital products and services.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in technology policy, ethics, data governance, and emerging AI regulations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, legal advisors, product managers, and research professionals to ensure that AI systems are designed and deployed responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with global ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on ethical challenges related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated decision systems.

  • Develop internal policies, guidelines, and frameworks for responsible AI development and deployment.

  • Assess AI systems for risks related to bias, fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.

  • Monitor global AI governance trends, regulations, and policy developments.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ethical principles into the AI development lifecycle.

  • Prepare policy reports, white papers, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Support internal training programs to promote responsible AI awareness across the organization.

  • Participate in cross-functional ethics review boards and provide recommendations on AI initiatives.

  • Assist in conducting algorithmic impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Contribute to external thought leadership through research publications and policy discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Public Policy, Philosophy, Law, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of ethical frameworks related to emerging technologies and AI governance.

  • Knowledge of AI risk assessment, algorithmic fairness, and data privacy principles.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for policy documentation and presentations.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and cross-functional environment.

  • Familiarity with AI development concepts such as machine learning models, datasets, and algorithmic decision-making.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in AI policy research, technology ethics, digital governance, or related fields.

  • Experience working with research institutions, policy organizations, technology companies, or regulatory bodies is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in preparing research reports, policy analysis, or ethical impact assessments.

  • Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and regulatory standards is considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

  • Occasional collaboration across global teams may require flexible meeting times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of global AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines.

  • Ability to analyze complex technological systems from a societal and policy perspective.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate ethical risks in technical systems.

  • Capacity to translate complex research findings into practical organizational policies.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with distributed teams.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
