Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Reputation Defender – Personal Brand Security to join our growing remote security and intelligence team. This role focuses on protecting the online reputation and digital identity of high-profile individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and public figures.

The successful candidate will monitor digital platforms, identify potential reputational risks, and implement strategies to safeguard personal brands against misinformation, cyber harassment, impersonation, and harmful digital content. This role combines elements of cybersecurity, online investigations, digital communications, and brand protection to ensure clients maintain a positive and secure online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media platforms, forums, blogs, and news sites for content related to client digital identities.

• Identify, analyze, and respond to potential reputational threats such as misinformation, impersonation, or malicious campaigns.

• Coordinate with cybersecurity, legal, and communications teams to mitigate digital risks.

• Develop reputation protection strategies tailored to individual clients.

• Initiate content removal requests or dispute procedures with digital platforms when necessary.

• Track online sentiment and generate reports on reputation trends and risk indicators.

• Conduct digital investigations related to impersonation, fraud, or identity misuse.

• Support crisis management efforts during online reputation incidents.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and sensitive matters.

• Provide recommendations for strengthening clients’ digital presence and security practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Security, Journalism, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, search engine behavior, and online communities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written communication and documentation abilities.

• Familiarity with reputation management tools and online monitoring platforms.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in digital reputation management, cybersecurity analysis, online investigations, or brand protection.

• Experience handling online crisis communication or digital risk mitigation is highly desirable.

• Background in social media intelligence (SOCMINT), OSINT, or digital brand monitoring is a plus.

• Experience supporting executives, public figures, or corporate brands with online reputation management is advantageous.

Working Hours
