Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process that supports our e-commerce operations across the South East region. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipping, track inventory movement, collaborate with warehouses and third-party logistics providers, and ensure timely order fulfillment to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our remote logistics team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain efficiency, monitoring shipments, and resolving delivery issues while supporting the continuous growth of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations related to e-commerce order fulfillment.

• Monitor and track shipments from warehouses to customers to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, carriers, and warehouse teams.

• Manage order processing, shipping documentation, and dispatch scheduling.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels across distribution centers.

• Identify logistics bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Communicate proactively with customer support teams regarding shipping delays or order issues.

• Generate logistics performance reports including delivery timelines, shipment costs, and service levels.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and safety standards.

• Assist in coordinating returns management and reverse logistics processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and supply chain processes.

• Proficiency with logistics management systems, order management platforms, or ERP software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced communication skills for remote collaboration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and logistics tracking tools.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.

• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and shipping carriers is preferred.

• Prior experience in a remote logistics or operations role is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with South East regional operations.

• Flexibility may be required during peak e-commerce seasons, promotions, or major sales events.
