Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Scrum Master to guide and support our remote SaaS development teams. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring that Scrum principles are effectively implemented across development cycles. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to remove impediments, improve collaboration, and deliver high-quality SaaS products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide the development team in applying Agile principles and Scrum framework effectively.

• Remove impediments and resolve issues that may affect sprint goals or delivery timelines.

• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint reports.

• Foster collaboration and communication within remote cross-functional teams.

• Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing actionable improvements.

• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and mindset.

• Ensure transparency and alignment between the development team and business stakeholders.

• Support the adoption of Agile tools and practices across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with distributed teams.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

• Ability to analyze team performance metrics and implement improvements.

• Strong leadership skills with a servant-leadership mindset.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced SaaS development environment.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a SaaS or software development environment.

• Hands-on experience working with remote software development teams.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams is considered a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully Remote Work Environment.

• Standard Monday to Friday work schedule with flexibility to collaborate with global teams.

• Occasional participation in meetings across different time zones may be required.
