Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote B2B Sales Director to lead strategic sales initiatives across the Midlands Tech Corridor. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding enterprise client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing B2B sales team focused on technology solutions and digital services.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales strategist with a proven ability to develop market expansion plans, manage complex B2B sales cycles, and build strong partnerships with corporate clients. As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Director will shape the company's sales strategy, mentor sales professionals, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to drive revenue growth across target markets in the Midlands Tech Corridor.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a remote sales team to achieve performance goals and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients, technology partners, and strategic stakeholders.

  • Manage complex sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners to ensure retention and account growth.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Implement CRM systems and performance tracking tools to monitor pipeline development and forecasting accuracy.

  • Represent InfoTech Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and enterprise-level account management.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing distributed teams.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, SaaS, or IT services.

  • At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and building scalable sales operations.

  • Experience selling technology solutions to enterprise clients or large organizations is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required to accommodate client meetings and international collaboration).

  • Occasional travel may be required for client engagements and industry events.
