Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Engineer – LLM Fine-Tuning to join our growing artificial intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) to power next-generation AI applications across various industries. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI solutions that deliver intelligent automation, enhanced customer experiences, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for enterprise-grade applications.

• Develop training pipelines for transformer-based models using modern machine learning frameworks.

• Implement techniques such as prompt engineering, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning.

• Prepare and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.

• Evaluate model performance using appropriate benchmarks and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines for AI model training.

• Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor performance.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into software platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning research.

• Document model development processes, experiments, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries.

• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with transformer architectures and large language models.

• Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and NLP techniques.

• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset curation.

• Knowledge of API development and model deployment practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or AI engineering.

• Proven experience working with large language models or generative AI systems.

• Experience with model training, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.

• Prior experience in deploying AI models in cloud environments is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Standard working schedule of 40 hours per week.

• Flexible work hours with some overlap required for global team collaboration.
