Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Engineer – Remote Design Support to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will support semiconductor device design and manufacturing processes while working remotely with cross-functional teams including design engineers, fabrication specialists, and product managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, process optimization, and device physics. You will play a critical role in improving yield, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring that semiconductor designs are aligned with production capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Provide remote engineering support for semiconductor device design and fabrication processes.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of semiconductor products.

Analyze process flows and recommend improvements to optimize yield, reliability, and production efficiency.

Support process integration activities across multiple semiconductor technology nodes.

Conduct process simulations, data analysis, and modeling to improve device performance.

Identify root causes of process-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Participate in design reviews to ensure compatibility with fabrication processes.

Prepare technical documentation, process specifications, and engineering reports.

Assist in technology development projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot fabrication and device performance challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, and ion implantation.

Experience with semiconductor process development and process integration.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and engineering software used in semiconductor manufacturing.

Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor materials.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate remotely with global teams.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple engineering tasks.
Experience

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or related fields.

Experience supporting semiconductor fabrication facilities or design-for-manufacturing initiatives is highly preferred.

Prior experience working with foundries or semiconductor manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.

Experience in advanced semiconductor technologies or process optimization projects is beneficial.
Working Hours

Full-time remote position.

Standard working schedule of 40 hours per week.
