Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Telecallers for leading BPO and call center operations in Singapore. This role is open to Indian nationals seeking international job opportunities in a fast-paced, professional customer service environment.


As a Telecaller, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, generate leads, or promote products/services depending on the process (voice support, collections, telesales, etc.).




Key Responsibilities:



  • Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries or issues.

  • Explain products/services and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Generate leads, follow up on previous contacts, and close sales where applicable.

  • Accurately update customer details and call logs in the CRM system.

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets, quality metrics, and conversion goals.

  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and communication during all interactions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed.




Eligibility Criteria:



  • Indian nationals eligible for international placement (S Pass or E Pass applicants).

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate degree in any stream.

  • 1–3 years of experience in BPO, call center, telecalling, or customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is a plus.

  • Confident, polite, and target-driven with good phone etiquette.

  • Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools or call handling software.




Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in voice processes (inbound/outbound).

  • Prior work with telecom, banking, insurance, or e-commerce clients is an advantage.

  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve performance KPIs.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends or night shifts, depending on process).
