Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat support.

  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, and Zomato services.

  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to stay calm and professional while handling challenging situations.

  • Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience will be an advantage.




Experience



  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • 0–1 year of experience in a customer support role (voice, chat, or email) is desirable but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote shifts, including day, evening, and weekend availability.

  • 5 to 6 working days per week depending on business requirements.

  • Knowledge of basic customer service principles and online food delivery processes.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations efficiently.

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technology.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy towards customers.
