As an IT Help Desk Executive, you will assist employees and customers with resolving basic technical issues, answering queries, and providing timely solutions remotely.




Key Responsibilities



  • Handle IT support requests from Flipkart employees and customers via chat, email, or phone.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues.

  • Escalate unresolved problems to senior IT teams as required.

  • Document all queries, reported issues, and solutions in the company’s support system.

  • Guide users with step-by-step instructions to resolve basic technical problems.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with Flipkart’s IT tools, systems, and protocols.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th Pass / High School Graduate; diploma or degree in IT-related fields is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and internet usage.

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn technical concepts.

  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.




Experience



  • Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in IT support or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.




Working Hours
