Key Responsibilities

Experience



  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts including morning, evening, and weekend rotations.

  • Standard shift duration: 8–9 hours per day (full-time).

  • Remote work setup – stable internet connection is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
