Experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts including morning, evening, and weekend rotations.
- Standard shift duration: 8–9 hours per day (full-time).
- Remote work setup – stable internet connection is mandatory.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
