Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from Flipkart customers.
- Assist customers with order tracking, payment issues, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Provide product information, promotional details, and guidance to customers as required.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and data security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office and internet browsing.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work setup.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible shift timings – Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts.
- 6-day working week with 1 rotational weekly off.
- Work-from-home setup requires a stable internet connection and laptop/PC.
