As a Customer Support Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with order-related queries, returns, refunds, and general support. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from Flipkart customers.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, payment issues, returns, and exchanges.

  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.

  • Provide product information, promotional details, and guidance to customers as required.

  • Follow company policies, service standards, and data security protocols.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office and internet browsing.

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and patience in handling customer concerns.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setup.




Experience



  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shift timings – Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts.

  • 6-day working week with 1 rotational weekly off.

  • Work-from-home setup requires a stable internet connection and laptop/PC.
