Swiggy is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Support Chat Agents to provide exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. As a chat agent, you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them with order-related queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless food delivery experience. Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer queries via online chat in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist users with order tracking, payments, refunds, and delivery concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues quickly.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending queries.

  • Identify common customer problems and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.

  • Ensure that every interaction meets Swiggy’s customer satisfaction standards.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with chat support tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy in handling queries.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or chat support roles preferred.

  • Freshers with good communication and typing skills are also encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible work-from-home schedule with rotational shifts.

  • Availability for 5–6 working days a week, including weekends and holidays.

  • Both day and evening shifts are available depending on business requirements.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with online food delivery apps and basic troubleshooting.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple chats simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely responses.

  • Quick learner and adaptable to changing processes or tools.
