Job Summary


Airtel is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Voice Process Executives in a remote role. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over voice calls. This is an excellent opportunity for 12th pass candidates, freshers, and individuals seeking a work-from-home career in the telecom industry.




Key Responsibilities



  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to resolve queries and provide product/service information.

  • Assist customers with billing, network issues, recharge support, and plan-related queries.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if needed.

  • Maintain accurate call records and adhere to company processes and guidelines.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to customer satisfaction and call handling.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office and online tools.

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.




Experience



  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a voice process or BPO environment is an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Full-time, 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.

  • Shifts may include morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on business requirements.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong customer service orientation and patience to handle queries.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.

  • Basic knowledge of telecom services is a plus but not mandatory.
