Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and payment support requests via chat, email, or phone.
- Resolve issues related to transactions, refunds, wallet balances, and payment processing.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain records of transactions and complaints.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses.
- Stay updated with Paytm’s policies, features, and product offerings to assist users effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of digital payments and online transactions.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Access to a computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or digital payment support is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Part-Time: 4–5 hours per day (flexible shifts).
- Full-Time: 8 hours per day (rotational shifts).
- Weekend availability may be required depending on business needs.
