Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are up to date.
- Respond to candidate queries via email or chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Support pre-employment processes, including documentation collection and verification.
- Generate recruitment-related reports and assist in tracking hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s recruitment policies and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with online communication tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or any administrative support role preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have strong organizational and communication skills.
Working Hours
- Full-Time: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Flexible shift options based on business needs; occasional weekend support may be required.
