In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience through prompt responses, issue resolution, and personalized assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general queries.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to senior teams if required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
- Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
- Uphold company values and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate online systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or retail support is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time options.
- Shifts may include morning, afternoon, and weekend rotations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping platforms is preferred.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
