In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience through prompt responses, issue resolution, and personalized assistance. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general queries.

  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to senior teams if required.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.

  • Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.

  • Uphold company values and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate online systems.

  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.


Experience



  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or retail support is an added advantage.


Working Hours



  • Flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time options.

  • Shifts may include morning, afternoon, and weekend rotations.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping platforms is preferred.

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
