ICICI Bank is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team in a remote work setup. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing the onboarding process for various ICICI Bank services and accounts.
- Verify customer documents and ensure adherence to the bank’s compliance and KYC guidelines.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to new customers through phone, email, or video calls to enhance their onboarding experience.
- Resolve queries related to account opening, digital banking services, and product registration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account activation and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress in the bank’s system.
- Promote the use of ICICI Bank’s digital platforms to improve customer convenience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce/Business/Finance preferred).
- Basic understanding of banking processes and digital banking services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with online banking platforms.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries effectively in a remote environment.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or banking operations will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-Time Remote Role: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Part-Time Options may be considered based on candidate suitability.

- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Understanding of KYC, account opening processes, and basic compliance norms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
