Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking diligent and detail-oriented KYC Document Verification Executives to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer documents to ensure compliance with banking regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer documents submitted for KYC as per RBI and bank guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all client information and documentation.
- Cross-check and update data in the bank’s system for compliance purposes.
- Identify discrepancies or fraudulent documents and escalate cases to the compliance team.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow all security protocols strictly.
- Provide timely updates and reporting on document verification status to the team lead.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Basic understanding of banking processes and KYC norms is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in banking, finance, or back-office operations are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in document verification or KYC processes will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible work-from-home schedule with standard 8-hour shifts.
- Day shifts only, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
