Key Responsibilities



  • Assist Flipkart sellers via phone, email, and chat regarding order status, payments, and account queries.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant support team when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Experience



  • Fresher-friendly role – No prior experience required.

  • Previous experience in BPO, e-commerce support, or customer service will be an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Part-Time: 3–5 hours per day.
