Job Summary
WNS Global Services, a leading business process management company, is seeking a dedicated HR Interview Scheduling Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This remote, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will coordinate interview schedules, manage communication between candidates and interview panels, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Communicate interview details via email, phone, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Confirm availability of interviewers and manage last-minute schedule changes if required.
- Provide timely updates to candidates about interview status and next steps.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Prepare and share interview confirmation letters, meeting invites, and reminders.
- Ensure all HR policies and confidentiality requirements are followed during scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote work schedule.
- Core availability required during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
- Occasional evening coordination may be needed for global interviews.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of interview coordination and recruitment workflow is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms is preferred.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for schedule management.
