Job Summary


GreenByte Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support professional to join our creative agency team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for candidates who excel at handling back-office tasks, coordinating day-to-day operations, and providing seamless support to team members across departments. As a core part of our operations, you will help ensure smooth project workflows, maintain accurate records, and support our management team in delivering excellence to our clients.




Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams for day-to-day business operations.

  • Maintain and organize company records, project documentation, and client files.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments.

  • Handle email correspondence and respond to routine queries efficiently.

  • Support invoicing, billing, and other basic finance-related tasks as assigned.

  • Collaborate with different teams to streamline operational processes and ensure timely task completion.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.




Experience



  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, back-office, or virtual assistant role preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with exceptional organizational and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote working hours with core availability from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).

  • Occasional evening meetings may be required depending on client schedules.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana.

  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and document management.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
